Shipping policy

Free USPS economy shipping on all orders! Shipping in the contiguous United States only.

Please allow 1-2 days processing time before your order is shipped. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you place an order on a federal holiday, please allow 1 extra day for processing.

We ship through USPS. Each order will receive insurance up to $100 and a tracking number. Canyon Jewelry is not responsible for lost-in-transit or stolen packages. If an order is marked as delivered but is not received, please contact your local post office as we are unable to assist with that matter. If a package is lost in transit, please visit USPS' website to file a "missing mail" service request. Once we have shipped an order, it is under the responsibility of USPS.
