All sales final, no returns or exchanges. Please ask any questions about the product before you purchase. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email support@canyonjewelry.net within 7 days of receipt. 

We take photos of the jewelry in direct and indirect sunlight. Please read all listing details and look at all photos before purchase. Most of the jewelry we sell is pre-owned, as is the nature of items from antique stores and flea markets. We cannot authenticate the history of our pieces, only the information that the seller provides to us along with our own visual inspection.
